These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p898 ("p898", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the p898 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at p898.bid.

2.1 Age Requirement. Individuals under 21 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering an account or using any p898 services. p898 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the p898 platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the p898 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. p898 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) p898 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. p898 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where this policy is found to have been violated.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). p898 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p898 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your p898 account.
3.2 You must notify p898 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your p898 account. p898 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 p898 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your p898 account. This feature is available in Account Settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
3.4 p898 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any such request purporting to be from p898, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p898 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and debit/credit cards, subject to availability and applicable limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. p898 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which p898 accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. p898 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Payment Method Restrictions. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. p898 will not process transactions involving payment methods owned by third parties. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a third-party payment instrument may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.5 Currency. All p898 account balances and transactions are maintained in Philippine Peso. p898 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. p898 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive account balances, as permitted by applicable law and notified to the account holder.
5.1 p898 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer, which include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Contribution rates from different game types toward wagering requirements vary and will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. p898 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or through any other means that constitute bonus abuse. In such cases, p898 may also close the relevant account and forfeit any associated balance.
5.4 p898 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except that such modification shall not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
6.1 All games available on the p898 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently tested and certified to be random and fair. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panels within the p898 lobby.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on p898's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and conclusive.
6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers and streamed in real time. p898's live dealer operations are subject to the same regulatory oversight as its RNG-based games. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game round, p898's published rules for interrupted game rounds shall apply.
6.4 p898 reserves the right to void any game round, withhold winnings, or suspend any account where there is reasonable evidence of technical malfunction, software error, network failure, or any other issue that has materially affected the integrity of a game outcome.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p898 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any p898 content without express prior written permission from p898.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p898 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the p898 platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 p898's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 p898 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. p898 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or cybersecurity incidents beyond p898's reasonable control.

11.1 p898 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) a player has violated these Terms; (c) required by applicable law or PAGCOR direction; or (d) p898 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, p898 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance. Upon account closure at the player's own request, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
11.3 You may close your p898 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests submitted via live chat are processed within one business day.
p898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon next login to the p898 platform. Continued use of the p898 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the p898 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting p898 support. p898 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.
13.3 Formal Dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with p898's final decision on a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
